Lynn came in made a quick list of touchups that needed to be done. Boom got them done listed the house sold at six days later she is amazing. She staged it for us. It was completely easy. I didn’t have to worry about going and buying paint and doing the touchup or trying to find someone to do it Lynn took care of everything. Excellent service! Lynn is very knowledgeable and kept us informed on what was going on through phone calls, text and emails. Very professional in handling all the inspections, being our eyes and ears since we were out of state. Answered all our questions and explained things so we understand what was going on and what was needed. Lynn was more than a realtor going above and beyond the job. Setting up appointments for us, picking us up from the airport, ect. she truly cares for her clients.

I met Lynn at the worst time. My sister passed away last year. I really didn't know what to do with her home, and other belongings. Luckily, I met Lynn! My sister's house was in foreclosure and full of a life well lived. Lynn worked with the estate services to ensure the house was clean and ready. That sounds simple but the house was full of small items and a few antiques. I am not saying my sister was a hoarder. But my sister like little things more than large, and the house was full.
